I’m Adiele Greatman, a growth and market expansion leader with 6+ years of experience helping technology businesses build brands, enter markets, drive product adoption, and develop ecosystems across Africa.

My career started in marketing, but the problems I became interested in were always bigger than marketing.

That journey has taken me from leading regional marketing & growth initiatives at Binance;  driving growth, go-to-market, product marketing, PR, partnerships, and ecosystem initiatives across African markets.

Starting out as the Content lead, my team built an organic regional community of 1m+ followers, developed market-specific growth campaigns, built strategic partnerships, and worked across content, SEO, lifecycle marketing, and user education to drive adoption.

Since then, my role has expanded further into growth and market development; connecting marketing, product, partnerships, PR, community, and go-to-market strategy to support growth across key African markets.

Today, my interests spans across AI, fintech, payments, stablecoins, digital assets, and emerging markets.

I’m particularly interested in the challenge of helping ambitious technology companies understand new markets, build local ecosystems, establish strategic relationships, and turn emerging opportunities into scalable growth.

Beyond my corporate work, I’ve built communities, written a book, grown my personal brand, and created platforms that help young professionals become more valuable, visible, and connected.

I believe that building a great product requires people, markets, distribution, relationships, and timing.
